A fall favorite...

Andrea's Pecan Pie

1 Andrea's Gluten Free Pie Shell
2 tbsp salted butter, melted
1/3 cup + 1Tbsp packed brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp Andrea's Gluten Free Flour Blend
1 1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 oz package pecan halves (1 1/2 cup)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt butter
Whip eggs for 1 minute
Combine all ingredients (except pecans)
Whip on high to eliminate any flour clumps
 
Place pie crust on baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil to catch run over
Fill pie crust with pecans in an even layer
Pour filling over pecans
Bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes
Cover lightly with foil if pie is getting too dark
Pie is done when center puffs and is firm.
