I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much we enjoyed the birthday cake we ordered and picked up from you on Friday October 2nd. My nephew has a peanut allergy, so we thought we would try your since he would be at the party. I didn’t know how the cake would taste, but we wanted to be accommodating. We were in for a surprise when your cake was incredible, and actually much better than the regular store bought cake we had earlier in the week. And the decorations were beautiful! That cake was absolutely heavenly. My mom went gluten-free about 2 months ago, and she hadn't had dessert since. She called me last night & kept going on & on about the cake. So, I am going over to Illinois on Wed for an appointment & I offered to bring another piece over for her. Usually my mom will say -- oh no, that's ok, I really don't need the calories. But, this time she said ok - great - I will meet you there. Too cute!

I ABSOLUTELY loved the chocolate chip cookies and iced brownie cake that I just picked up. I checked your ingredient list and you used most of the baking items that I've used to make my gluten free biscuits and flat breads (since I also don't eat yeast.) I don't bake many desserts because I would be tempted to eat them all. So I was thrilled to see you had small packages of desserts for my family that taste so good. The cookies were exactly like the original Toll House cookies and the brownie cake was moist and light! I've had to try recipe adjustments time after time to get my gluten free baked goods to taste like "normal" for my family and you did the work for me. Thank you. Can't wait to try some of your other products!!!

We entertained my aunt and uncle who came from Arizona. It wasn't hard to watch anyone else have their sweets because mine were better-no question. All thanks to Andrea! I had the red velvet cupcakes and pumpkin muffins. I'm an incurable chocolate lover, but those pumpkin muffins are superb! I love that combination of spices anyway, but I think Andrea has a secret recipe. And don't forget about Andrea's bread. Ahh!

Amy brought me a sample of your pizza dough and I prepared it for my family last night. It was delicious!! My 15 year old granddaughter, who loves pizza and does not have celiac, said it was great and was as good as any gluten pizza crust. I will be there Saturday to put in my order for more, and I recommend everyone come to sample!! Thanks for everything you are doing, Andrea.
