2 cups Andreas Super Fine Grind Flour Blend
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Optional Additions to consider:
1/2 cup Andes Creme de Menth Baking chips
1/2 cup Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking chips
1/2 cup Hershey's Heath Toffee bits
Mix first four dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture alternating with milk.
Mix in optional additions if desired.
Refrigerate dough 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drop 1" ball of dough into powdered sugar.
Roll around to coat.
Place on greased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 10-12 minutes.
