Combine the following:         

8 oz. softened cream cheese
Small can flaked chicken, drained
2 teaspoons grated onion
¼ teaspoon Liquid Smoke (check to be sure gluten-free)
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt

Shape into a log and chill well.  Roll chilled log in ½ cup chopped nuts and 2 tablespoons snipped parley.

Chill again.  Serve with gluten-free crackers such as Crunchmaster.
