A great side dish for any occasion...

2 cans (14.75 oz each) creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 package Really Great Food Cornbread mix
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. 
Mix all ingredients together.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.
