8 - 12 Andrea's Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Pieces (depending on size of pan)
Approx. 10 oz prepared cream cheese frosting
         (most are gluten free, but check label - or make from scratch) 
Sliced Fruit - a variety looks best, for example, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, mandarin oranges
 
Allow Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough to thaw slightly
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Evenly press cookie dough on a round pizza pan or in desired shallow cake pan
Bake cookie 10-12 minutes until very light golden
Let cookie cool completely -- keep in pan
 
Once cooled, spread thin layer of cream cheese frosting evenly over entire surface of cookie
Arrange fruit in desired circles, rows, etc... Be Creative!!
Keep refrigerated until ready to slice and serve
