Hash Brown Potato Casserole

A popular side dish for dinner or brunch...

1 package Full Flavor Foods Cream Soup Mix or Vegetable Mushroom Sauce Mix
1 1/2 cups of cold water
In small saucepan, add water to mix.
Stir until will blended.
Heat over medium heat until thick.

Add to the following and stir well:

1 (2 lb.) bag (fresh or frozen) hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Put in greased 3 quart casserole or 2 smaller dishes and freeze one for later.

1 stick melted butter
Andrea's Gluten Free Bread crumbs

Cover top with bread crumbs and pour butter over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 - 60 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Serve Hot.
